The Natchez Grand matches it's name!

My wife and I spent the weekend at the Grand and thoroughly enjoyed it. Spotlessly clean, excellent service, great location and our very reasonably priced suite was fit for a King (no pun intended). Beautiful room and very comfortable bed. As we were walking down the hall to leave on our last day one of the cleanup ladies stopped to ask us if we had enjoyed our visit and the lady at the checkout desk asked the same thing. In our many years of traveling we have never stayed at a nicer place including the Princess Hotel in Acapulco & the MGM Grand in Vegas. Very courteous staff, good breakfast and just an overall a great place to stay. This was our first visit but we plan to go back often from now on. If you want to be treated like royalty at an affordable price take our advice and make your reservations at the Natchez Grand.

Wonderful hotel

We stayed at the Natchez Grand Hotel. What an awesome experience. Great hotel and wonderful staff. The view of the river is awesome. The rooms were very clean. The walks along the Mississippi was quite an experience.

Great hotel. Very nice at a reasonable price. If you want the full Natchez experience stay here! Great proximity to the river, bars, restaurants, and shops. Everything is right there! We didn't even use our car the whole weekend. We walked everywhere. Also, check out Bowies Tavern across the road.

Relaxation, Comfort, Customer Service… Wonderful!

This hotel is in a great location. It runs alongside the river, and they have great rooms with city/river views in most styles/types. In the morning, they serve a hot breakfast in the dining room which is great. All the food is included in the room rate, and it is all delicious. It is served very quickly, and the servers are all very nice. Also, some really good restaurants are within walking distance for lunch/dinner.

The customer service is absolutely amazing at this hotel, and that is really what keeps my friends/family coming back time after time. I try to come to the Grand as much as possible, and the staff all make me feel like I am at home. I met an extremely nice lady named Naomi Jones a while back on one of my stays, found out she was the Assistant General Manager, and now, she's so friendly every time I make one of my trips! Y'all need to definitely ask to meet her when you go!

Very clean! I was particularly impressed by the shampoo and conditioner provided in the room. It didn't have sulfates or parabens in it…which its a new thing I've been trying and had forgot my hygiene products. They provided a huge breakfast in the morning! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Experience

This was my first time visiting the Natchez Grand but definitely want be my last. My flight was delayed which resulted in late check in;however, the staff accommodated me with no issues at all. There was also an issue with my credit card at the time of checkin and I must admit I was a bit frustrated but Naomi made the entire experience better. She explained exactly what occurred and the next steps to correct the problem and even upgraded my stay for the inconvenience! Naomi and staff are extremely professional and prompt. This will definitely be me go-to hotel when I visit home. Thanks again ladies! I appreciate all that you do.
